Computer Experiments on Antenna Impedance with Photoemission in Space Plasmas
It is very significant to know the impedance of an antenna immersed in space plasma for calibulation of the data obtained by a scientific satellite
in the respect that we know the amplitude and phase of it.
Meanwhile, because the plasma density is dilute in the solar wind or magnetopause, plasma envirionment is affected by the emitted photoelectrons when
the spacecraft/antenna is sunlit.
We focus on the changing of plasma environment with photoemission, and
examine the influence of photoemission to antenna impedance
by three-dimensional PIC(Particle-In-Cell) simulation.
